Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Predictive Maintenance Engineer to join our STEM Research division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, maintenance, and predictive analytics, with a passion for developing innovative solutions to enhance maintenance operations. This role involves working on advanced maintenance projects, contributing to our research initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement predictive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement predictive maintenance models and strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive maintenance solutions into various industry applications.
  • Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for predictive maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in predictive analytics and maintenance technologies, and apply new techniques to ongoing projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in predictive maintenance and analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance operations and reliability engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in applying predictive analytics techniques to real-world maintenance problems.
  • Background in machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics and data visualization techniques.
  • Previous experience in mentoring or leading engineering teams.
